For Coaching to truly succeed, trust between the coach and coachee is crucial. To help build that initial trust between us, I am happy to share some of the reasons I feel confident in supporting your journey.

My experience: For the past 20 years, I have led teams and projects at the UKs leading universities. My work has also taken me around the world, securing international partnership agreements and speaking at conferences.

My character: As someone who naturally gravitates to helping others overcome their challenges, I have committed myself as a board level charity trustee for 6 years. I also lead one the largest university wellbeing teams in the UK, supporting over 50,000 students.

My credentials: I hold an MBA in Education Leadership and Management, a Diploma in Psychological Therapies, ILM level 5 in both Coaching and Mentoring and a Law degree. I am also a Professional Member of the European Mentoring & Coaching Council.
