With 20 plus years of experience working with Students' Unions and 6 years as a Trustee on the Board of a Union, I am committed to supporting both the staff and the officers of unions.

Officer training and coaching

Supporting new sabbatical officers as they navigate their roles, balancing representation and responsibility and working together. I can offer group training in UK HE policies, procedures and processes, as well as 1-2-1 coaching

Board coaching and team building

Volunteering as a charitable trustee and sitting at executive level on the board, is a honor and a responsibility. I work with board members to create cohesive teams and to deliver their best throughout their tenure
